Focused on industrial and energy sector in Middle East, North Africa, United States, Far East regions., Has demonstrated successful turnaround skills as CEO of a large Oilfield Services company, with vast operational and leadership experience. Has acquired strong investment skills, as Investment Director in Private Equity firm, including deal sourcing, negotiating, structuring, closing, strategy setting and post-acquisition portfolio monitoring, IPO listing on Stock exchange. Great leader and communicator and participated on several boards of public and private companies.
Rami Zakhem
Over 30 years of marketing experience with leading international Agencies in different markets in the Middle East (Lebanon, Kuwait & U.A.E). Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers and suppliers. Has extensive experience in developing, managing & executing marketing and engagement strategies, Multi-Media channels planning & executions. Has worked in several sectors including Banking, Governmental Sectors, FMCG, Real Estate, Automotive, F & B, Perfume & Cosmetics, Fashion and Oil & Gas Sectors.
Adel Hechme
Adel has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources management and consulting, human resources transformation and change management execution. He began his career in human resources with Arthur Andersen ME in 1996. During his stint with AA he worked in almost every country in the GCC and developed best practices expertise across the HR functions, focusing on high-end HR talent management programs, employee engagement modeling, and building effective COE to ensure the function would contribute to enhance business performance and employee value proposition. During his career, progress Adel held senior executive positions in human resources with multi range business groups in the GCC region – i.e. Americana Group, National Bank of Kuwait, National Holding , BankMed and Arthur Andersen and led many HR transformation and Culture Change Programs in complex multicultural environments.
